Offer your customers the convenience of Share ETA a perfect tool to track the precise arrival time of their service provider. Simply share a link with your customer, granting them access to the real-time location of their service provider.
This link can be set to expire after a designated period or upon reaching the destination, ensuring security and privacy.
Share ETA from the Portal
- Log in to the Customer Portal and from the Map page, select ‘Share ETA’ on the gray toolbar.
- The Share ETA menu will pop up on the right.
- Enter the destination address and select when the tracking starts and stops.
- Select ‘Generate Link.’
- You can then copy the link to send to your customer or enter the customer email and send the tracking link from the portal.
- The customer will receive an email with the company name, device name, and link to track the trip.
- The link opens to a map view showing the tracker, the destination, and options on when to stop tracking.
- Back office creates live tracking link with:
- Vehicle
- Name/Alias that will display
- When the link will be live
- Route of driver
- When the link will expire
- Customer receives:
- Link from provider
- Shows current location/route of driver
- Driver info
- No access after specified expiration

- Once your Share ETA link is created, you have options to:
- Share the link via message or email by selecting it from the list.
- Remove the Share ETA link by swiping left.
