All our Reports can be filtered and customized by Date, Group, Tracker, and more!
Looking to do more with your data? Our Reports can be exported into a CSV file for extra manipulation.

How to Use the Reports Dashboard
How to set up Scheduled Reports
Reports Overview
- Log in to your Customer Portal and from the Map page click ‘Reports’ on the top toolbar.
- On the left-hand menu, you will see all the Reports available for use.
- Click on any to begin! Below is a brief description of some of our most popular reports.
- You have the option to export your reports now and/or schedule your report to receive your scheduled reports via email.
Reports Dashboard
- An overview of your vehicle habits and activity in a consolidated format.
- This serves as a helpful visual for Miles, Safety, Stops, and Idling.

Alerts Report
- A fleet-wide look at all Alerts that have been generated.
- On this report you can sort by specific Alert, such as Speeding, to highlight areas that are important for you to monitor.

Safety Report Card
- A report by fleet or tracker showing Speeding, Rapid Acceleration, Harsh Braking, and overall Safety Score.
- This is currently used to view driver behavior at a glance for the metrics most closely associated with safety and also Miles, Stops, and Idling data.

Trips Report
- A report by group or tracker showing trip details including start and end times, start and end locations, trip time, trip miles, and time at location.
- This can be used to check whether trips look as expected or longer and confirm where your driver's last trip ended, which is where they may be now.

Advanced Trips Report
- This report provides a detailed break down of trips including ignition on, stops, idling, driving, and ignition off.
- This is helpful when searching for anomalies and reviewing why it may have taken drivers longer to get to their destination.

Usage Hours Report
- Determine usage by movement of the asset tracker or by wiring the ignition wire to the asset ignition source.
- Movement is reported when the asset tracker detects vibration while ignition is off.
- Review the difference between the Engine Hours and Usage Hours in the Vehicle & Equipment Reports article.

Stops Report
- This report breaks down the stop type (engine off/idling), location, start and end time, Geofence, and total stop time.

Idle Activity Report
- This report captures all idle activity detected.
- The exclamation points are the activity that was reported as an Idle Alert because the idle time exceeded the threshold specified in Alert Settings.

Geofences
- This provides a report of Geofence activity, allowing you to view when the driver was entering and exiting specific Geofences and how long they spent there.

Fuel
- Fuel cards paired with our GPS data provide an effective solution to identify misuse and prevent fraud.

Fuel Consumption
- The Fuel Consumption Report is an essential tool for you to optimize fuel usage and reduce operational costs.
- It provides valuable insights into how efficiently vehicles are using fuel and highlights the specific driver behaviors that are impacting it including Idling, High Speed, Harsh Braking, and Rapid Acceleration.

Input Sensor Report
- This report summarizes the Input Sensor activity of your trackers for the time period you have selected.
- The input sensor activity is reported from your connected secondary PTO (power take off) source.
- You can connect a secondary PTO on your wired devices and asset trackers.

Utilization Report
- Track the usage of your vehicles and assets over a period of time, including ignition on and vibration events.
- All times and averages are based on authorized hours.
- Unauthorized hours are not included in these calculations.
