Where can I activate a tracker for my account?
You can activate a tracker using the app!
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘Tracker Setup.’
- From the Tracker Setup menu, tap the ‘Add’ icon. This will bring up the Tracker Activation screen and you can enter your tracker’s activation code.

Where can I activate a camera for my account?
You can activate a camera using the app!
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘Cameras.’
- From the Cameras menu, tap the ‘Add’ icon. This will bring up the Camera Activation screen and you can enter your camera’s activation code.

Where can I view videos and clips associated with my alerts?
To view videos linked to your alerts:
- Select the ‘Alerts’ icon.
- Select the ‘Videos’ icon to access all available videos.
- This feature is accessible for all user types.
Where can I add a new Driver ID Key Fob?
- You can add a new Driver ID Fob by going to the ‘More’ icon from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Select the ‘Driver ID Fobs’ menu.
- Tap ‘Add New’ in the top right corner. This will bring up the Driver ID Fob Setup screen and you can take a picture of your Fob’s QR code or enter it to add it to your account.

Where can I view and/or edit Driver ID Key Fobs?
- You can find the Driver ID Fobs menu by going to the ‘More’ icon from the bottom of the screen.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Select the ‘Driver ID Fobs’ menu. A list will display of current Fobs on your account.
- Tap a Fob in the list in order to make edits.

Where can I manage the users for my account?
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.'
- Tap ‘User Management.'
- From the User Management menu, you can view the list of users on your account. Tap any User to view more details or make changes.

Where can I add new users to my account?
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘User Management.’
- Tap the ‘+’ Add new icon at the top right of the app.
- Select a User Type.
- Tap ‘Next.’
- Enter the details for the User that you would like to add to your account.
- Tap ‘Save.’ The user will be sent an email with a temporary password to log in.

Where can I assign a Driver to a Vehicle?
- Start by going to the ‘More’ icon at the bottom of the app.
- Tap ‘Setup.’
- Tap ‘User Management.’
- From the User Management menu, you can view the list of users on your account.
- Tap any Driver that you would like to assign to a Vehicle.
- Tap the ‘Assigned Vehicle’ row and then select which Vehicle you would like the Driver to be assigned to.
- Tap the back arrow.
- Tap ‘Save’ to complete assigning a Driver to a Vehicle. Tracking data will be updated immediately.

Where in the mobile app do I find my tracker list?
The tracker list can be found by tapping the 'Trackers' button located on the Map tab in the app. Tap a tracker on the list to view more details.

How do I find Route Replay, Alerts, Videos, Geofences, and Maintenance for a specific tracker on the mobile app?
Select a tracker from the map by touching its icon. Tracker information will display at the bottom of your screen. Here, you can find Route Replay, Alerts, Videos, Geofences, Maintenance, Share ETA, Reports and more for each specific tracker.

How do I find more details for a specific tracker on the mobile app?
You can find more details for a tracker by selecting it on the map and then swiping up on the tracker information at the bottom of your screen.
Some pieces of tracker identification can be edited from the mobile app. You can find these by selecting a tracker on the map and then swiping up on the tracker information at the bottom of your screen. Fields that can be edited are indicated with an arrow.

Where in the mobile app can I change my password?
- To change your password while signed in to the mobile app, select the ‘More’ icon at the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
- Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
- Select ‘Change Password.'
- Enter your current password and then enter your new password.
- Select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.

Where in the mobile app can I change the email address on file?
- To change your email address, select the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
- Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
- Select your email to edit it.
- Enter your new email address and select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.

Where do I sign out of the mobile app?
- To sign out of your account, select the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
- Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
- Select ‘Sign Out’ and confirm on the pop up ‘Sign Out’ to complete signing out of your account.

How do I know which version of the app I am using?
To find your app version:
- Select the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
- Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
- Your current app version is displayed on this screen.

Where can I find my Customer Address Book on the mobile app?
You can find your Customer Address Book by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Customers.’

How do I add a customer to my Customer Address Book on the mobile app?
You can add customers to your Customer Address Book by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Customers.’
Use the '+' link in the right corner of your screen to add a customer.

Where can I see Visit Details for a Customer Visit on the mobile app?

Where can I add job site photos for a Customer Visit on the mobile app?
You can upload job site photos to a customer visit by tapping the 'More' icon at the bottom of your screen and then tapping ‘Customers.’

How can I view Customer Visits data based on the driver?
To view Customer Visits based on the driver:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right.
- Select ‘Customers.’

- The default view shows ‘All Drivers.'
- Tap on any driver listed to view their Customer Visit data.
How can I view Customer Visits data based on the tracker?
To view Customer Visits based on the tracker:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right.
- Select ‘Customers.’
- Select ‘Visits.’
- The default view shows ‘All Trackers.’
- Tap on any tracker listed to view their Customer Visit data.

How can I share a tracker's ETA from the mobile app?
- To share a tracker's ETA from the mobile app, select the tracker and the ‘Share’ icon will be in the tracker information box.
- Once you select the ‘Share’ icon, you will see a view where you can set up a location link and generate it to share with your customers.

- You can manage your links by selecting the desired link from the list. You have options to:
- Copy the link and send it to your customer via text.
- Select ‘Generate Email’ and enter your customer's email address to email the location link to your customer.
- Remove the location link.

Where are map tools to help me change the map information that displays on the mobile app?
When you are on the Map tab, map tools can be found by selecting the gear icon from the menu on the right of your screen.

How can I reset the mobile app Map view?
When you are on the Map tab, you can reset or refresh your view by selecting the refresh icon from the menu on the right of your screen.

How do I see my location as it relates to my tracker(s) on the Map with the mobile app?
On the Map tab, see your location by locating the blue circle icon on the map or by selecting the target icon from the menu on the right of your screen.
NOTE: You will need to update your mobile phone settings to grant our mobile app access to your location.
How do I search for an address while using the mobile app?
You can search for an address while on the Map tab by selecting the magnifying glass from the menu on the right of your screen. Once you’ve entered an address, a list of your closest trackers will display.
How do I find the tracker closest to a certain address while using the mobile app?

Can I save my filter settings on the mobile app?
This is an option on Android only. To save your settings, create a Preset:
- Choose the filter button from the menu at the top of your screen.
- Select the link at the bottom to 'create preset.'
NOTE: When selected, your filter selections will be saved and filter your view throughout the app, on all pages.
How do I view speed in kilometers on the mobile app?
- To change between miles and kilometers, select the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right of the bottom navigation.
- Select ‘Setup’ and then select ‘My Account.’
- Select 'Speed/Distance Unit' and then select Miles (MPH) or Kilometers (KPH).
- Select ‘Save’ to apply these changes.
- The app will update your preferred unit right away.

How do I change the zoom level for a tracker I’ve selected on the Map?
When you are on the Map tab, map tools can be found by selecting the gear icon from the menu on the right of your screen.
