                              How do I change my password?

                              You can change your password from either your desktop portal or your mobile app.

                              Change your password from your desktop portal:

                              1. Click ‘My Account’ at the top right of your screen.
                              2. Click ‘Profile’ on the left menu.
                              3. In the Password section, enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
                              4. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
                              5. Confirm by reentering your new password in the Re-type New Password field.
                              6. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the screen.

                              Change your password from the mobile app:

                              1. Log into the mobile app and click on the menu icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
                              2. Click on ‘My Account.’
                              3. Click on ‘Change Password.’
                              4. Enter your existing password in the Old Password field.
                              5. Enter the new password in the New Password field.
                              6. Confirm by reentering your new password in the Retype New Password field.
                              7. Click ‘Change My Password.’
                              8. Log out of the app and log back in with your new password.
                               
                               

                              What do I do if I forgot my password?

                              It is easy to reset your password if you have forgotten it.

                              1. Click ‘Customer Log-in’ to access the portal.
                              2. Click 'Forgot Your Password?' located at the bottom of the screen.
                              3. Enter the email address with which you log in to the portal, and click ‘Reset Password.’
                              4. You will receive a verification code to your email address. Ignore the link included.
                              5. Enter this verification portal on the portal website and in the next field, enter your new password.
                              6. Click ‘Save’ and log in with your email and new password.
                               
                               

                              How do I change my email address?

                              To change your email address:

                              1. Navigate to ‘Setup’ and select ‘My Account.’
                              2. In the Account Information box, enter the new email.
                              3. Click ‘Save.’

                               

                              NOTE: This does NOT change your billing email address.
