Dispatch
To dispatch a job:
- Select ‘Dispatch’ from the Map toolbar.
- Choose the Job Type, select who to assign this job to, and enter the job address.
- Select ‘Dispatch Job.’
Dispatch Jobs
- You can dispatch jobs from your web portal or mobile app.
- This feature maintains the history of all jobs assigned and monitors and tracks job progress and completion.
Messaging
- You can message with your drivers in the app.
- This feature has the ability to send a message to single, multiple, or all users.
