Highway needs the following available:
- The copy/pasted API key must connect to a valid, active Apollo ELD account that has vehicles in the assets section. This information must be filled out ahead of time by main administrators in the Apollo ELD admin portal. (No drivers have any permissions to complete this on their own.)
- You must have at least 1 active vehicle entered into the Apollo ELD admin portal assets section. (Per Highway, this information must be accurate, up to date and correspond to the COI Highway has on file for you.)
- There must be recent valid eld logs generated in Apollo ELD via vehicle movement. (Highway needs to see that same vehicle you're attempting connection to moving within the past 7 days.)
- If you have owned trailers that you operate and wish to see, this information should be accurate and active in the Apollo ELD admin portal ‘assets’ section of the ‘manage’ tab as well. This is the same section your vehicle information should be located.
